Harrington, Director, Project Management After starting with ERT as a Cardiac Safety Specialist in 2002, Brian developed his project management skills and, with the help of company mentorship guidance and tuition reimbursement, began working toward his MBA degree. After becoming a Project Manager, and Account Manager, he was promoted to Director, Project Management.. Brian says he is “always amazed at not only the expertise of the employees at ERT, but also at how friendly the people are to work with.” On weekends, you can find Brian working on various home improvement projects with his wife and cheering on the Philadelphia Eagles.
