“By far, the best reason to work at ERT is the team spirit....the only company I have worked for or heard about that seems to really value its employees.” - Ian Dorman, Academy Trainer Since starting with ERT in Logistics UK in 2003 on a temporary contract basis, Ian joined the team as a Site Support Associate and progressed to take on leadership responsibilities. Following a supervisory workshop and rapid growth in the Site Support Department (including its name change to Logistics), Ian was made Manager, Project Assurance Logistics then Manager, Logistics UK. In Logistics, he says, “every day is different and you are always being thrown into something new and challenging.” Away from the office, Ian enjoys spending time with his beautiful family and giving his all as a member of his local rowing club.
