Working as a consultant to ERT for four years, Rao got the opportunity to understand our culture and environment. He became an employee in our R&D Department–a Product Development Manager–in June 2001. Rao then progressed to become a Product Director, then Senior Product Director, and is currently our Vice President, eClinical Products. He says that ERT’s “annual events like the team building exercises and company picnics make the office an exciting and fun place to work.” Outside of the office, Rao enjoys going out with his family and playing tennis.
